[Audio] HD box audio stops working every week or so

Anyone have their audio stop working with the HD box? This has happened a few times now with 3 different HD boxes. The temporary fix is to go into the Audio Setup menu and change either the "Default Audio Track" or press "Select to optimize". Then the audio works for a few days or a week or so, and then it disappears again. Is there a permanent solution for this problem?
