So x daughterinlaw moved and got comcast at her place. She called complaining to my wife how bad of a install she got. Install got pushed from sunday to tuesday without telling her. So anyway i tell my wife it cant be that bad and go over and take a look. OMFG, all they did was lay cable around the ground on outside of house going in where ever the room was. Its fing awful, to make matters worse they went around the house and across the living room when the demarc was 4 foot thru the closet. I told her i can fix it but shit they ran flex clips in the living room. So if i pull them you get these holes all the way around the room. She is like freaking as the landlord just redid the house. Good job comcast, you suck and are real lucky that it was to dark to get pictures inside the house. Why in the hell do you punch thru walls at 4 feet high? Terrible job doesnt even begin to explain it. No silicone nothing. Cant believe anyone would do such a bad job or that comcast would even have anyone that would do such a bad job. Speechless is about what any decent tech would be. Not to mention the mess they left. I just cant believe what they did. Three lines droop over rear door down to ground and around two fing walls. No silicon nothing just holes drilled thru the walls inside walls the cable is 4 fing feet in the air. Jesus Christ comcast if you want to use flex clips inside at least put the fing things in the trim and not the dry wall. Flex clips in the interior. WTF are use thinking. Today is a day that i am ashamed to even say i ever worked for them.
