My setup: Main DVR - "Downstairs", 2nd DVR - "Upstairs", slave box - "Bedroom"
So yesterday the DVR wasn't functional on any box so I called. After about 7 restarts including one that had the led lights on the front of the maindvr saying "init" the problem was resolved. The guy was great. I noticed, however, that the 2nd DVR upstairs now didn't have all the channels I should. Channels like the ESPN's, Comcast Sports, Food network...etc were all blocked. A message saying to call comcast to add these to my package popped up. The other two boxes are fine. I spent, literally, 2 hours on the phone last night which resulted in 8 more restarts to no avail. I feel like this shouldn't be a big issue. Is there a magic phrase or something i'm missing. They scheduled a tech visit but not until friday. Any help is appreciated.
