I'd like your help figuring out an annoying problem. Both my DVRs have stopped communicating with the DVR Manager on the Comcast website and with the Xfinity Remote iPad app. They were fine until a couple of weeks ago, then they just stopped. There's nothing wrong with the boxes themselves; I can still program them and delete stuff manually using the remote control with no problem. But for whatever reason, I can't do anything with them through the internet. This is mostly an inconvenience, but I would like it sorted out.
I called Comcast, and their were suggestions didn't help. The tech told me to sign out of the app, uninstall it, then re-install it. He also told me to delete my cache and restart my computer. No go on either. It's both boxes, so there's a problem somewhere.
