My December bill had the insert listing all the rate changes scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2015. I have misplaced the insert and I can't find it anywhere in my house or on line. It is nowhere on Comcasts website as far as I can see.
I have the Digital Starter Bundle for which I have been paying the base price of $159.95 a month ($182 with all the other fees). The thing is, that insert said that $159.95 is the base price for Digital Preferred Bundle. Digital Starter was about 10 dollars less. (It said that there would be no increase in the base price for any of the bundle packages. It's fees that get you.) I have the payment records from my bank going back to 8-13-2010 to prove how long I have been paying this amount.
We get half the channels that are included in the preferred list and about one third of the "free" movies on demand are unavailable unless we buy them. If you notice, it does not specify my internet speed tier. I have whatever is included with the starter bundle.
First, is my concern legitimate or am I missing something? And second, can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of that insert on line or anywhere else? I don't want to want to step into the nightmare of Comcast "customer service" without having the facts in front of me.
