Its a common theme for the X1 platform to loose connectivity and the customer is not able to change channels, guide, etc without being presented with ERRORs. The X1 platform is disgrace of a platform.
Every holiday weekend on-demand fails. Every day X1 platform is upgrade during the night time hours. But as of late, the upgrades are causing more harm than good. If I had to guess, the X1 software builds are not being tested to meet customer satisfactions.
2 more months and dumping X1 platform. Just not worth it when the services are offered elsewhere.
