This past week my wife and I bought a Tivo Roamio. I went to my local CC store and picked up a cable card for it. The two sales reps told me that I would receive all my current channels except VOD. I said that's fine as we don't use it much anyway. I get home install the card and BAM...theres VOD. Do they not know their own products and functionality of them??? Drives me nuts. Anyway, it was a nice surprise just the same. End of rant. :-)
