So one of my xfinity 1 boxes died. call the call center, they spend 1\2 hour trying to get it fixed on the phone.
Then tell me I will need a new box and they will set up an appointment with a tech.
I asked if I could get it replaced at the local service center. She checks and says there are no boxes at the service center and I will need a Tech to come out to change the box.
She then asked if I would like to buy a Service agreement. it went down from there.
Any one else have this problem?
