Saw this update in my August bill:
"IMPORTANT INFORMATION: On September 3, 2015 QVC will
move from ch 8 to ch 3, QVC HD will move from ch 808 to ch
803, and WJLP SD and HD will be added to ch 8 and ch 808
respectively."
