I had a power outage about a month ago and since then I can't view some subscribed channels. I've been receiving these channels since 2007 when I got digital cable. When I turn on these channels I get one of those messages saying I'm not authorized to view it because I'm not subscribed.
This is happening on all the STBs. I tried rebooting them but that didn't work. Will a refresh signal fix this problem? If so, is there a way to send it without talking to a customer service representative?
