I went to the Comcast office twice and got upsold on a bundle that includes all the premiums as the cheaper bundles would be loaded with fees (DVR fee, Additional Outlet Fee for two TVs, Blast upgrade Fee, modem fee, etc).
The HD preferred triple play in my area is $159.99, the HD Triple Play Complete (which I have) that includes all the equipment and premium channels is $199.99, I was paying $179 for a Double Play once you factored in all the fees and charges (DVR Fee, extra TVs, Blast Upgrade, Sports Entertainment Package, etc).
I have the rate sheet for my area so I know the pricing.
