Clicking noise when X1 DVR box is connected to Coax

I have an LG 60" Plasma. There is a Ferrite bead that I can attached to the looped power cable. This Ferrite bead emmits a audible clicking sound from 6' away, even when the TV is off...so basically all the time. If i unplug the powercord to the TV, the clicking stops. My X1 DVR box is connected to the TV by an HDMI cable. If i unplug the HDMI cable, the clicking stops. I've switched HDMI cables, and the clicking still exists. I can connect other devices to the same HDMI port, and there is no clicking sound. So, i moved on to investigate the X1 Box. If i unplug the HDMI cable from the X1 Box, the noise stops. If i unplug the power from the X1 box, the noise continues if the HDMI cable is connected. But, if i unscrew the COAX cable. The noise stops. So...it seems to me, the real culprit is whether or not the COAX is plugged into the X1 box. This probably started a month ago. It didn't make noises before. Any ideas why i would get a fast clicking noise from the ferrite bead on my TV power cord when the X1 box is connected to the coax line? What should I do next? Is it dangerous? my picture quality seems fine....the TV seems fine, the box seems fine..everything is working. It's just the ferrite bead makes annoying clicking noises...and you only really notice it when the TV is off and you are within 6'. Who can i contact for help? If i ask comcast, will they make me pay for a visit?
