So I'm close to finally committing to moving over to the X1 Cloud DVR platform, if we can have 2 DVR's in Chicagoland (Downers Grove). Family needs the same 2x500GB like our current 2 DVRs. When I try a test order online, I can only add 1 DVR and other boxes are the "satellite" type. So was wondering if that is possible (I've seen threads about a limitation on the West Coast). I also noticed I couldn't order the regular Digital Preferred Double Play which I thought was strange. Also have heard people having issues that the stores don't give out the X1 boxes or that regardless of your online order, the truck tech will deny giving you 2 DVR's.
Also, for those that use the mobile app download feature, you can download any show that you have recorded and also skip commercials correct? Is the scrubbing the same as TV Go app (just the manual scrub bar at the bottom and no 15-30 second skip gestures)? I appreciate everyone's time!
