[Cable Card] What is the actual fee called for Cable Cards?

Is the fee for Cable Cards the "Digital Additional Outlet Service" fee outlined in Xfinity pricing sheets? If not, there is not another fee listed anywhere in the pricing sheets for Cable Cards - and that's a problem. If so, I've just been told by a Comcast Rep that, for "HD Complete" packages (such as their top of the line XH PM HD Complete Bundle), although 3 additional outlets are included in the bundle price, it is only applicable if you use Comcast equipment, and not Cable Cards. Therefore to have the top of the line service and bring your own equipment, it still costs you $10 per Cable Card (minus the $2.50 chargeback for customer equipment). This really doesn't make sense to me. In my case, since I am being charged for 3 Cable Cards, I would have to pay an additional $30 per month (minus $7.50) to use my equipment and not Comcast's although their price sheet shows 3 additional outlets included in the bundle - because "that's only applicable for Comcast equipment" Thoughts?
