Had X1 installed a few weeks back. Had random freezing issues and some error codes popping up, and ultimately Comcast sent a tech out. He placed a filter just prior to where the cable enters house and attaches to my existing amplifier, then cable splits and runs throughout our house. He tested the signal and said it's good.
Since then no/minimal error messages, however the issue now is when we watch shows (usually On Demand shows, although may happen for DVR'd shows as well). At some point they typically freeze - sometimes the X1 DVR reboots, other times it just stays frozen until I unplug it, as it is unresponsive to the remote.
More specs listed below. Any suggestions how to fix, or what the issue is?
