I Need Some Help & Answers To My Questions

All man, where do I begin with my utter hatred for Comcast. I've been fighting with this company for 4 years with different issues. Today ( March 29th ), I have another issue so please let me explain Today, I was going to the My Account feature on the Comcast website, I saw here in Shreveport, LA ( 71106 ) that there was outage in my area. Comcast told me the outage was cause by congestion signals on the line. Well the service at this house I'm currently renting was find, that was till a Comcast Tech in a bucket truck start messing with the gray box on the line right beside the trap. I forgot what the gray box is called Anyways, after he was messing with it my services haven't been the same since this morning. T.V. and internet constantly going out and in What is strange, and I mean really strange is when I turn a computer on or a laptop on, some of the channels pixielate really bad or don't come in at all This hasn't happen to me before today. After I turn the computers off, the channels come in like normal I know that if I call there going to want to send a tech out and I don't want a tech out. Last time I may a service called was during the early fall when the time change and the guy came when it was dark and told me it was to dark to do anything for me You more proficient guys and gals, is there anything I can do on my end to fix this issue without having to call and request a tech out. I hate dealing with Comcast. I see why they are ranked as 1 of the most hated companies in the U.S. Any by the way, I have sent numerous tweets and dm to the Comcast Cares Twitter and haven't gotten any response
