My account is kind of screwed up would like a number that I can get a person that English is their first language. Have tried for 2 hours, 9 calls no luck so far.
I had to swap out my DVR yesterday because the old one died. No problem, went to the Xfinity store and had a new one in 10 minutes.
The problem now is when I look at my services it shows my cable fine, but says my internet is awaiting activation. So something got messed up when the local CSR changed out the DVR. I can't get back to the store until next week. I still have internet and the speeds have not changed and it's working fine.
Would just like to get it straightened out and talking to those people across the pond is just a waste of time.
Is their a number that is in the USA I can call and talk to someone who speaks English.
