I signed up for comcrap in october 2015.
At that time they added ecobill or whatever paperless billing is called and credited me $5 a month.
At the end of Dec 2015 I was dropped from paperless and was charged the $5 a month.
Called and called. Told well just click on ecobill and if will start deducting from my bill.
EVERY DAMN MONTH its ecobill with no $5 credit.I call and of course its my fault.
So I called in May and said either get it fixed or cancel my service.
OH you can't add what you already have.
I HAVE IT BUT I AM NOT GETTING THE CREDIT FOR IT !!!!!
let me check...Why are you checking on what you just said you looked up and I already have.
oh let me fix it....I will have to redo your account...OK all done it will be corrected by your next billing.
I get my new bill and on the web site it says ecobill and still no credit on my account..
Do I just cancel my service or can anything be done about this BULL#@$%^
