Only 10% of recordings from 2nd floor DVR can be seen on 3rd floor companion box. Worked with phone service rep three different times with resets but those failed. Technician visited twice, changed out companion box and still no success. Next visit, technician wants to replace both DVR and companion box. Signal has been amplified by previous technician due to 4 story townhouse from 1st floor entrance to modem on 3rd floor. Any ideas?
