Spent TWENTY minutes on the phoe tonite trying to get a real person to talk to me about a service outage. All I got was a barely understandable computer (audio badly broken up) that absolutely REFUSED to pass me on to ANYONE! I repeatedly got sent back to either the main menu, or was told "that department is closed"!
Comcast gets more money than any ALL our other services and utilities COMBINED! For that kind of expense I should be able to expect better than an un-understandable computer, and defiitely better service than three uncompensated outages a month.
