Am getting a new M2 Slingbox and reading from their site they suggest using the component hookup.
I have been using a Slingbox Pro, I bought 5 years ago and have only been using the video hookup and audio. Seems to work OK.
My main cable box is a AR AX013anm which doesn't have the component out, only video and audio out. That's where the new M2 box will be going
What is the advantage of using component over video and audio, if any.
I only use the Slingbox to send Seattle Seahawks games to my son and Granddaughter in California.
Going into my equipment online doesn't really give a lot of information.
Any information would be appreciated.
