A few days ago I check my Comcast account online to see how much I was going to have to pay. Boy was I in for a huge shock when I went to the billing section and saw that I was going to have to pay $291.90 in order to maintain service
I'm 1 bill behind but not anywhere near the $300 Comcast claims I owe
Let me explain a few other things, I have no premium services and I don't order any PPV's. I just have digital prefered with 2 basic digital boxes, 1 digital adapter $35.00 Unlimited Data, a Gateway modem. I don't remember what internet plan I have at the moment
Anyways, I don't know what is going on. The We Can Help e-mail no longer works
The Comcast Twitter says they can't help. I don't want to go inro the local office cause a good number of times, they say call the 800 #. Comcast online chat didn't help me out at all
I was hoping to avoid all that by using the DSLReports Comcast Direct. I made my post late Thursday night and has of today have gotten any help thus far
I want to keep Comcast because I know it may be strange for some but I do like watching the Shreveport City Council meetings and the Caddo Parish Commission meeting on the local City Channel
If any Comcast employee sees this, I'm begging for some help with getting my issue resolved
