I have the Triple Play Premiere package with only a CableCard and I wanted to add an X1 box. I talked to someone via chat about this and they went ahead and ordered and shipped one to me. The box I received is a Motorola DCX-3400. Is this an X1 box? It seems different from the X1 box my in-laws have. I just want to know before I go through the hassle of hooking this up and I have never had a Comcast DVR box before.
