Right now I am using Xfinity internet 75 mb/s plus basic TV ( just to get the bundle price) . My main TV programming is Direct TV Choice Extra with whole house Genie 2 DVR and one genie companion box. This is just getting too costly . I can't go completely DirectV because their internet speed ( DSL) is too slow for my use .
I plan to switch to the following with Xfinity.
a) Double/Triple play with 75mb/s and Digital starter ( $99 ) .This should include one non DVR X1 box
b) Additional X1 DVR plus one companion box X1D or Xi3 ...Any idea of Cost for these two on promotion?
Are there any other fees like whole house DVD, additional outlet for companion box , Technology etc.
I know there are other addition costs like Broadcast TV, Regional Sports, TV Franchise, FCC , Taxes etc amounting to something like $10 for my area.
