Added the Science Channel (by Discovery) to my Roku and tried to login at https://www.sciencechannelgo.com/activate/ on my phone, and there was an error saying the channel wasn't in my line up.... I went home and pulled the last Comcast statement, saw I was on preferred tier. Checked my tv - sure enough, the channel comes in and it's on the tier.
Is there a specific group I can contact w/ Comcast to advise them of my problem without going through the 1800xfinity support team? Or does anyone have any suggestions?
