[TiVo] Tivo Roamio gives up the ghost

When I turned on the TV last not I see the No signal message!! I shut everything down, checked all cables to and from the Tivo box. Tivo reboots and same message. I bring the Tivo into the kitchen, hook it up and same message. All other TV's work with no problems with their X1 box so I know it's the Tivo. Next step I called Comcast to see if they can troubleshoot the cable card before sprinkling holy water on the TIVO and give it last rites for it short two year run. The CSR was very nice but she said there was an outage in the area. I said how can that be if my phone, internet and other TV's have service and work with no problem.? Silence and puts me on hold. Short story is CC does not troubleshoot cable cards. I didn't think it was the cause of no signal, but wanted to check to be sure. I can't even see the welcome screen from TIVO. What got me was she said there was an outage and that might be the problem even though I reiterated that every thing is working fine. Sometimes you have to wonder!!! Rant over. :-)
