Yes...the subject is misleading click bait but technically accurate :D Comcast is apparently eliminating the word Fee from there billing line items. For example the "HD Technology Fee" will become "HD Technology"

It will be interesting to see how this may change the handling of extra outlet charges. In my area "Digital Add'l Outlet Svc Includes CableCARD" currently result in all kinds of different billing. The default line item is actually higher than a standard set top box (which they then credit the $2.50 for to bring it back in line with a TV box). It looks like there could be an attempt to clarify how extra outlets along with DTAs or Cable Card are billed.
