[Comcast Equip] Switching from DirecTV, what equipment needed for 4TVs?

Been a DTV customer for a decade but little nagging problems and annoyances have me ready to switch back to Comcast (TV + broadband). I'm trying to figure out what equipment to order for a typical 4 TVs house. I want most of the features -- HD, DVR, whole-home access to record and watch recorded content from any TV, etc. What are the latest boxes to ask for? I presume an X1 DVR, and 3 clients? Is the Xi3 the right client box to get all the (subscribed) live channels, watch recordings off the DVR, set/delete recordings, etc? I understand the X1 has 6 tuners, and I presume each client uses up a tuner when in use just like Genie minis do. Since the X1 only has half the storage of the Genie, I may need two of them. Can you have two X1's in the same house? (DTV didn't allow 2 Genies.) The online pricing was a bit confusing (surprise). Is "DTA Additional Outlet Svc (HD)" typically an Xi3 client? The description only lists local broadcast channels, but I wonder if that's just midleading. Is that $4.99/mo DTA really only for local channels, or is it a full-feature client? Or do I need to pay the full $9.99/mo to get that? If I want to watch subscribed channels and/or DVR content on a tablet, do I need to also add the $9.99/mo "X1 Cloud" service? There's also an "HD Tech Fee" that says may apply. What the heck is that, and does it apply? Does that just mean the ability to get HD adds an extra $10/mo? Thanks.
