Would anyone with the Xfinity voice remote please tell me just how quirky or sensitive those are to comprehending one's voice ?
I have a regular American female voice yet the Comcast IVR never, ever, recognizes my spoken words. Ditto for the USPS and UPS IVRs about speaking a tracking number; also my local natural gas supplier ... several others.
But -- the Vonage IVR has no problem. I *do* enunciate. I'm considering upgrading one of my STBs but if the voice remote is like the CC phone tree, I won't be able to select anything, lol. Thanks very much in advance.
