Long story short: one of my STBs has TV reminders "stuck" in memory to the point that with only two reminders I can not add any more. Xfinity forums indicates the solution is to have an agent reinitialize the box.
Simple request, right? WRONG. I have made three (3) calls with NO success.
Call 1: after 5 minutes of validating everything except my blood type, CSR said my boxes "look good here" and hung up.
Calls 2 & 3: both agents told me "there is no such thing as reinitializing a box". Both insisted their 'refresh' signal will fix the issue. And yet - it doesn't. The reinitializing wipes out guide data.
I've posted in the Direct forum. I swear Comcast has my account coded for ANY issue to connect me with trainees.

Call 4: CSR - "There's no such thing as a TV reminder." I believe this was the same CSR as call #2.
