DCX3425 Hunt Mode

I have two Motorola DCX3425 boxes. Both have suddenly started siplaying "Hunt". I looked at the diagnostics page, and sure enough, they are in hunt mode, and no OOB frequency locked. I can also see it changing OOB frequencies as it keeps trying to find one to lock to. Both boxes are receiving channels and function properly, except that, as expected, I can't get On Demand (as iit needs OOB to do that). SNRs are good on any of the channels I checked. My internet connection signal levels have not changed, and DS and US levels are all within spec. Speedtest is fine also (Blast 200/10). All of my connectors are tight. Now, I don't know if any of the following is what happened- it's just a wild guess: new neighbors moved in next door, and I am guessiing that they ordered Comcast (previous residents had satellite). We are both fed from the same ped. So, my hunch is that when they got hooked up (if they got hooked up), the tech may have jostled or loosened my connection. But, if that is so, wouldn't I see problems with my internet signals too? Or maybe Comcast is just having OOB problems in my area tonight? I appreciate anyone's ideas on this. Thanks. P.S.
