Within the last 3 - 5 weeks, my Emergency Alert System notifications have changed from English to Spanish for both the verbal bit and also for the TV screen display.
Is this a Comcast issue, and if so -- whom would I contact ? Could it be account-related ? I did call Comcast about a TV issue and wonder if the CSR dabbled with something she shouldn't have.
