[Price] Dropping Double Play

I am thinking about dropping TV from my Double Play Internet and TV bundle. I was wondering, ruffly, I much would I save in doing so. And just have Internet as a standalone. I am on Blast 200mbps I believe. Also, in order to retain a Comcast email address, do I still need to have at least Internet? Or can I retain said email address and go with another MSO for all services? Thank You
