We've been experiencing an issue with the favorites function on tv.xfinity.com. In multiple browsers, multiple systems, etc, just glitches. First, we have a list of favorites that were set long, long ago when the X1 platform first came out that we can't get rid of. If I visit tv.xfinity.com, click Live TV > Favorites, and unstar all of them... they'll return on the next page refresh.
Been working with comcast on that issue and we may have that part resolved, but I've noticed another issue, and I'm unsure if it's normal. If you go to tv.xfinity.com and add a channel in a neighborhood as a favorite, i.e. one with 4 digit channel number, when you refresh the page does the 3 digit equivalent appear in the favorites list as well?
