This problem started sometime between going to bed Saturday night and waking up Sunday morning.
We have 4 boxes. XG1, XG2, and 2 Xids.
The issue is only on 1 of the xids. For some reason, the saved recordings list is only showing the Cloud DVR recording list instead of the entire list of saved recording on the XG1. Other than that, the box is functioning normally. If communication between the boxes wasn't working than none of the channels would be working.
I've tried reseting the box but that didn't work. Comcast has a tech scheduled to come on Wednesday afternoon. Any ideas?
