I'm trying to switch one of our houses from Tivo to X1 with DVR...
I've asked for a X1 SIK... what do they ship me? a RNG150N non-dvr...
tell them, they say they will ship me a replacement... send the other back... new package comes

once again say I have DVR service, I need a DVR....

Just had to ask for a replacement again, I don't think who ever is on the line in their call centers care about my account anymore... I've NEVER had this much trouble before when I got american call centers, but lately everything has a thick Indian accent when I call in... and I never seem to get what I asked for... I get the accept this change e-mail which said X1 DVR... but something happens somewhere else that I get the wrong box each time...
but today once again a new shipment, maybe just maybe it will be right this time? UPS store must be getting sick of me...
going to a local center isn't an option, its a long (almost 2 hrs) drive for me with no time to do it...
I also said I want the XG1v4 box for 4K.... bet that wont happen either :D
