Was wondering if changing the box would solve it hopefully really dont want to replace as last time had a major hassle to get a picture again. HD 729 Its been this way for 3 months+
Should i give it a go or not anybody had similar one channel random time it freezes up but each hour. Live in Northern California.
Of course the problem still happened after tech came and replaced all wires and telling me twice once and the start and before cliimbing under house when asked NO charge.
FYI if you want to know if you charged call and ask for tech support they are the only to know guess it takes Comcast 48 hours not sure before it hits the rest of them
Had a nice lady tech waivered fee no hassle when asked for it.
