Thought I would post my success when the time came for my old 24 month plan to end(today) and attempted to get the same one. SUCCESS! Easy Peasy! Honestly I checked my acct online prior and showed the exact same plan was available to me except it was actually $5.00 cheaper per month. Rather than trying to do this online or calling I just went to my local Xfinity store front and had them do it there. $154.99 -> $149.99 X1 Premier Double-Play plus the speed bump. 250/20 Didn't even have to wait in a line.
I know many here complain about the problems renewing subscriptions which kinda had me worried as that time approached. Perhaps it's just a locale thing or they have eased up on renewals.
