One of the last problems I have been having with my service after moving to a new home and transfering service is I have HBO. I have had HBO for over 5 years at my old address on the internet/tv package. After moving, I can no longer access the HBO GO app. I have talked to dozens of people at Comcast. The closest I have gotten was advanced tech support who told me that my account was not provisioned correctly to show I had HBO access, who sent me back to billing, who sent me back to tier 1 support, which is where I started hours ago today on the phone. The last rep told me the HBO Apps were down at HBO.
I have actually put in a ticket at HBO, and they say they are fine and all their apps are working, and Comcast is not giving my account the correct provisioning for HBO GO. (over 4 hours just today on this with support).
This has NOT worked for over 3 months. I'm pretty sure HBO GO isn't down for every Comcast customer in the country as I was told.
Can someone see if their Comcast HBO GO connection is working and let me know?
