[Rant] These guys are doing bait and switch and cramming !!

Every call is recorded when you talk to these guys ! Just let you know only problem they do not let you go back to the recording and let you listen to it. So I started recording after one of the Supervisor Derek told me he wouldn't go back and let me listen to the conversation that they gave me an offer and didn't want to honor it. I laughed at that. What he didn't know I was going to record that conversation if he pulled it up. Now going to get FCC involved. Let me give my story real quick ! I have four orders that are given. One unexpected. When I original signed up with comcast went a website to get the best deals for new customer is www.comcastoffers.com Today they still have a better deal for me at 89.99 for double play and free streampix and free HBO for 2yrs. So I cancel my install and just picked up the stupid kit, but instead the person on the phone rep#1--- decided to place a new order very similar to mine lowered the price from $99.99 to $79.99 and added streampix at $4.99 and HBO at $19.99 on the side to act like it was the same, so when you get the bill doesn't seem like nothing went wrong. MY BILL went up and also my offer went from 12 months to 6 months without confirming any new order. The Rep#1---- just made a new order WITHOUT MY CONSENT, so they can get out of the best offer I had www.comcastoffer.com which is a dealer by the way. This is consider Cramming and Bait and Switch. So after six months then they raised my bill and didn't pay attention since I have auto-credit card. I called once I saw something was wrong Rep#2---- said on the phone we don't care go back on the phone and listen to conversation and even if you got 12 months we are not going to honor it anyways and you shouldn't had that offer anyways. He was right about the six months, but one thing he forgot to mention that ORDER WAS CHANGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to six months. I would think this is Slamming or Cramming for sure. Same rep#2------ put me at $129.99 since my bill is already raised. So after rep#2---- I was pissed about not honoring my rate for 12 MONTHS and was looking to get a refund for last three months, so I called back and rep#3----- gave me a deal at $129.99 and secretly added separate items on the bill after I asked her my total is going to be 129.99 before taxes. Guess what my first bill was $208 and I was upset and I have COPD and I was heated. This is when Derek the supervisor didn't let me listen to conversation about $129.99 and TOLD ME after he would listen to conversation would call me back next day, never happened!! Very similar tactics they raise my bill although I had a better deal which is consider CRAMMING. I believe this is the legal term !! Today I gave Ryan a supervisor his last chance to fix the bill for last six months they don't care. I recorded last 5 + conversations with these guys. On Sat, Adam from retention dept said you need a subpoena for me listen to conversations that has been recorded about my deals. I just laugh again. Those guys try to give me fake emails to contact customer service good thing to google and fake manager number for Joseph and I'm getting someone else voicemail and fake promises, and continue to lie. The original deal I had was probably the best out of all the fake deals they try say its better. They don't like www.comcastoffer.com deals period. The reason they gave me 6 month deal to charge me more and after 6 months charge me for HBO at $19.99 and Streampix at $4.99. Extra $25 times imagine 1 million customers. Extra 25 million in revenue for the month not bad by for CRAMMING and Bait And Switch. They are trained to screw your orders up and to trick you on the bill so, you won't call when u see notice the bill close to what you agreed too. Supervisors and reps are trained real good. I should post the recorded conversations I have with these guys. ***** When I called about I should be having a $99.99 for a year last few times they say you have it for $79.99 for 6 months we got you a better deal forget to mention about the hidden charges to me. So you don't pay attention to what you really have b/c they don't want you to have a copy of the agreement. Ryan was surprised I had the email b/c I'm assuming he was thinking we don't email people anything. If you guys were to listen to my recording conversations you guys would be surprised and they don't give a dam S***** !! I know for a fact this happening with a lot more people !! There is three things you guys as customers should do: --Record your conversation if doing deal on the phone use your smart phone if you have one. --Tell them to send the deal in email for your records which likely they won't send the deal b/c Adam said every time you an order change we send an email which was bullsh***** --Make sure when you talk to the new reps they don't change your existing order since you called in. I spend a lot hours with these idiots !! ****** One thing I notice with this company that when you agree to something they have recording to go back too. Your suppose to feel comfortable. Then they don't care let you listen the conversation. Then you have 12 month offer in the email and they don't care to honor it and after 12 months my offer is not bad either. ITS REAL BAD WITH THIS COMPANY !! THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT ANY GUARANTEE EVEN IF THEY PUT IN WRITING !!
