Hey guys,
We currently have Comcast and have had them for a while now about 5 years. The account is under my brother's name who is moving out by the end of January. What is the best way of transferring services to my name? If I cancel the account and put everything in my name, am I entitled to a new 12 month promo again? Or will I have to continue paying the package at what ever the current price is?
What is the process of doing this? Thanks!
