[Price] 2 year contract???

It's been many years since I left Comcast (7-8) but their offers in my area are now very compelling and I'm thinking of switching from FIOS. I am on their site and it looks as if their offers come up with a 1 year contract obligation. Do they have any 2 year lock in contracts or do they not do this? I ask because I'm less willing to change if 12 months from now they'll hike my rates 20% or so...
