This is a Heads-Up for people with HDHomeRun/Ceton CC tuners.
In early November, West Palm Beach, FL was selected as the test area for the roll-out of new CC firmware that is being released to fix known problems related to TiVo tuning issues. This new firmware (1.5.3_F.p.1101) breaks (fails to set) the CCI flag, causing a number of Basic and Extended Basic channels to become copy protected.
The problem has been temporarily "resolved" by Comcast's local engineering staff rolling my CC firmware back to 1.5.2_F.p.2401.
