This is only a hypothetical question of course...If one were to purchase a Cisco DTA50 tv digital converter with remote at a garage sale. Then find out it has to be activated to be used....it would be connected with an older tv which has an analog tuner and outside antenna...no cable connection... Anyway, could a person activate this cisco DTA50 digital converter themselves?...Rumours are you can enter the diagnostics page if you hold down the Info button on the remote for 6 seconds.. then what to activate?...I have some electronics knowledge....Any hypothetical suggestions out there?
