Cable card & No premium channels

I just had Comcast service installed on Friday. 2 DVRs and 3 boxes. Infinity Preferred service with 50Gb internet. Had a problem, the two DVRs worked fine. The 3 non DVRs could not display the premium channels. The tech didn't check it before he left. I found it later while channel surfing. After 2 days of calls and talking with 5 different people, I finally got to someone at 8pm on Saturday that listened to me. Everyone up to that point either wanted to create a new dispatch ticket, send "bullets" which didn't work, or promised to call me back which never happened. Molly listened to my description of the problem and asked me for the cable card number on the black screen displaying. She targeted this bullet with that number and everything started working. The operator said that the problem is that the cable cards need to be validated and once she did that all started working. I provide this post so others having similiar issues this might be it.
