Prior to activating my new dvx3400 I had the user interface on the screen, after activating I no longer receive any signal. It has done this with 2 different boxes. I have called and talked to 5 different account executives and got nothing but stupid questions as to making sure the cables are all plugged in right, and or let's send a signal. Seriously this isn't tech support this is a monkey with a script and a button. If someone could please help me. I'm pretty sure its a setting on the box
