I have called Comcast support now VERY many times to have my service downgraded from TV plus INTERNET to just the INTERNET service. I even got an email that it would be done, what the new rate for just the INTERNET would be, etc. I turned in all my TV equipment a week ago and still no change. Online "my account" still lists my TV services as active and they are still billing me for TV services. Need to figure out how to get this resolved quickly. It is driving me crazy! Any better way to proceed?
