I recently got a Pace HD DTA. About a quarter of the time when I turn on my TV (brand new JVC 42"), the DTA goes back to 480p. I have to go back into the DTA setup menu and force it to 1080i. It stays in 1080i mode as long as I keep the tv on. The channel the dta is on when I turn the tv off doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. It seems that somehow the DTA and the TV handshake isn't compatible.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to force to DTA to stay in 1080i mode when the TV restarts? I've looked through the TV settings and don't see anything on the HDMI setup that could be causing it.
