I recently moved from one address to another. My service was transferred and my uid was transferred. Everything is working correctly except for one thing. My dvr manager on comcast.net still shows my old dvr boxes from my old account. I have chatted with online tech and called several times and they say they will refresh my account, but this doesn't fix the issue. I'm pretty sure its just a matter of updating the box numbers in the account. But I have X1 and while there was an option to activate online access on the old boxes, there isn't on the X1 box as far as I can see. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm really tired of contacting support and getting nowhere.
