I can not be held accountable !! Just heard via online chat that these features would be available to new sign ups and persons that call in to have them activated on their X1 boxes on April second. The areas are Chicago North ,West, South and City.When I called the X1 support number they gave the same dates .Also was told email notifications and cards would be sent out shortly.Again don't get your hopes up too high there could be setbacks and hope this post doesn't change any decisions already made.
